Download an invoice as a PDF
GET/api/v1/invoices/{id}/pdf
Rendered on request. Unpaid invoices include the account's bank details with the invoice number as the payment reference.
- Needs an API key, and runs with the access of the member who made the key.

200An A4 PDF named after the document number. Signed-in downloads are attachments; customer links open inline.
The file itself, as application/pdf.
A refusal answers in the one error shape every operation shares.
